1. It has been brought to our attention that we made an error on the RFQ. Under section III Rules of Preparation and Inquiries (page 3)the date questions are due was written incorrectly. Inadvertently, we put Wednesday, March 31, 2014 when it should have read Monday. We will be extending the date for questions until Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at 5:00 to accommodate those that saw Wednesday and assumed they had a few more days. Sorry for any inconvenience. We will still post answers to all questions by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday April 3, 2014.
2. Who was the previous consultant?
Page and Turnbull developed the Historic Structures Report. Fisher and Associates is the Architect of record and CYS Engineering Consultants are the Engineers.
3. Is there a budget?
The budget for this phase of the project is $7.5M. That includes the seismic retrofit and the historic rehabilitation.
