Northern California Indian Development Council, Inc, (NCIDC) is announcing the availability of funding for off-reservation Community Service Block Grant (CSBG) services for 2016. This project is available through the NCIDC Community Service Block Grant contract in cooperation with the California Department of Community Services and Development. The NCIDC is seeking sub-contractor(s) that can provide services to low-income off-reservation Native Americans within San Diego County, California, (with the potential of adding Imperial County as well). All services must be “ROMA” based and provide a path to stability and self-sufficiency for Native individuals, families, and off-reservation communities.

Sub-contract(s) will be based on qualifications, proposed activities, and the reasonableness of the proposal. Approximately $112,000 is available for annual funding of eligible off reservation services in San Diego County.
The deadline for submission of a response to this RFQ is September 15, 2016 (USPS postmark is acceptable)
