Northern California Indian Development Council, Inc. (NCIDC), a non-profit Corporation, is recruiting for an Assistant Director. Applicant should have knowledge of Federal, State, Tribal and local laws and regulations pertaining to NCIDC. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Pubic Administration or related field and a minimum of three years experience in planning and operational responsibilities for service delivery program(s). A minimum of one year supervisor experience or administrative experience is required. Strong computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to conduct web-based research are necessary skills. Incumbent must be able to travel to sites in California and out of state as needed. Candidate must have the ability to develop administrative policies and procedures, and to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Compensation: $4,400.00 to 5,900.00 monthly, commensurate with experience. Native American Preference Applies.

Unique 6,369 sq. ft. office space in Old Town Eureka. The space is built out to include six enclosed private offices, seven open office cubicles and three large work areas capable of accommodating twelve or more work stations. There is also a lobby area, large conference room, staff kitchen, lounge, copy and printer area, large file cabinet/server area and a large storage room. Occupancy is rated at 40 individuals.
The entire building is wired for high speed internet and phone. Every office, cubical, conference room and other work space has multiple phone, ethernet, and power outlets available. Tenants can contract for internet and phones with the provider of their choice. The building has a high speed distribution cable from Suddenlink directly to our building. We also have AT&T fiber (and of course old school copper wire connections) available in the building for tenants that desire AT&T services.
